Guildford in Bloom as data controller will use your personal information for the purposes of processing your competition entry. This information will be processed in line with Data Protection legislation. It will not be disclosed to third parties for marketing purposes. We will retain your data as long as we require it for administrative purposes, after which time it will be securely destroyed.
We use your data that you provide on your entry form to communicate with you during the process of the competition i.e. arranging judging, inviting you to the Awards Ceremony. We then retain your contact details to send you a reminder to enter again next year.
If you believe the data we process on you is incorrect you may request to see this information and, if necessary have it corrected or deleted.
