Well what a wonderful day - the sun shone on #BloomingPicnic.
Thank you so much to everyone who came along - and we have loads of Thank You's
To Guildford Fringe Festival - for organising such a fantastic line up of music for the afternoon - absolutely toe-tappingly brilliant - The Fringe have been with us from the start and we are so very grateful for their continued partnership in this event.
To the Event Sponsors - Experience Guildford (who were such superb helpers on the day and providers of First Aiders, Lost Child Point and of course the Loos!); Guildford Pubwatch and Tunsgate Quarter.
To The Castle Green Bowls Club - the ladies were selling tea, coffee and delicious cakes while the rest of the team were guiding visitors to have a go at Bowling - Congratulations on your Centenary and here's to many more!
To BBC Surrey who provided such fantastic coverage throughout the day - your continued support of Guildford in Bloom is so appreciated.
None of this would happen without our Premium Sponsors and it was fantastic that Unigold 2000 Ltd and Chapters Financial Limited were able to join us.
Finally a huge shout out to all of us at TeamGIB - Guildford in Bloom is an independent association run entirely by volunteers who all put in a tremendous amount of work to make this happen.
Finally - Blooming Picnic and our Competitions are free - so that we can continue to keep it that way we would ask that you help us reach our crowdfunding target with a pledge - just follow this link
